Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last updated: 01/04/2025

Preamble

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&Cs") govern the use of the B2B SaaS service provided by Finaflow ("we", "our", or "us"). During the beta phase, the service is offered free of charge. At the end of this phase, it will become a paid service under the defined terms.

Purpose

The T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of using our SaaS service. Any registration and use of the service implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

Access to the Service

Access to the service is granted to users upon registration. We reserve the right to restrict access to certain features and to suspend or terminate an account in case of non-compliance with these T&Cs.

Beta Phase and Service Evolution

During the beta phase, the service is free of charge. After this phase, paid subscriptions will be introduced. Users will be informed in advance of any pricing changes and must accept these new terms to continue using the service.

User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Not use the service for illegal purposes
  • Not attempt to alter, copy, or misuse the service

Liability

We strive to provide a high-quality service, but we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. We shall not be held liable for data loss or service unavailability.

Intellectual Property

All elements of the service (software, interface, content, trademarks) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Data Protection

Users' personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.

Duration and Termination

These T&Cs apply for the entire duration of the service usage. Either party may terminate their account at any time. After the beta phase, failure to subscribe to a paid plan will result in automatic account termination.

Changes to the T&Cs

We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs. Users will be informed of any changes and must accept the new terms to continue using the service.

Governing Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action.
